L’atelier

Having already created and sold several businesses these clients wanted to create a new but traditional bakery and pastry shop in the growing urban area around Disneyland, Paris. The premises to be installed were delivered in raw concrete at the foot of an apartment building. Our task was to create a shop with a facade that met the aesthetic criteria of old Paris, as well as a bakery and a pastry laboratory.
