Boris Leclercq, who is developing a group of high-end meat restaurants, asked us to create this new venue designed by Alexa Boden Reider of the Neo Addict agency. Ideally located in the heart of the Paris business district, in the rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, the restaurant highlights its meats in maturation cabinets designed to resemble jewellery showcases. The meat is cut on a wooden block in front of the customer and then cooked in an authentic charcoal oven.
