Located near the Paris Exhibition Centre, Porte de Versailles, this hotel from the 1990s, renamed IZZY, welcomes visitors and exhibitors all year round. The new owner asked us to revitalize his external image, to increase the surface area of the ground floor to facilitate relaxation or work and to integrate the garden into this approach. In addition, the 52 bedrooms and bathrooms were redecorated on a tight budget.
